Connections Meeting- Your Personal Health CEO with Tracee Young

YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH CEO
Stop Guessing and Start Understanding Your Body
If I asked you how your business was doing, chances are you wouldn’t just say, “I think it’s okay.”
You’d look at the numbers.
Revenue. Expenses. Clients. Growth. Goals.
You’d pay attention when something changed.
But when it comes to our health, women often operate very differently.
We’re exhausted.
We’re not sleeping.
Our weight is changing.
We can’t concentrate like we used to.
Our mood feels different.
Our body doesn’t quite feel like our own.
And what do we say?
“I’m probably just busy.”
But imagine running your business that way.
Revenue suddenly drops? Probably nothing.
Expenses unexpectedly increase? Let’s give it six months.
Half your customers disappear? Maybe this is just what happens when a business gets older.
You’d never do that.
You’d investigate.
And that’s exactly what I want women to start doing with their health.
Become the CEO of Your Health
Being the CEO of your health doesn’t mean diagnosing yourself on Google or ordering every test you see on social media.
It means becoming curious about your body.
It means knowing your numbers.
It means recognizing changes.
And it means having a healthcare provider who listens when you say:
“Something has changed, and I want to understand why.”
Fatigue can have many causes.
Weight changes can have many causes.
Brain fog can have many causes.
Poor sleep can have many causes.
Hormones may be part of the picture—but they aren’t always the entire picture.
That’s why I believe good care starts with listening and asking better questions.
That’s Why I Built My Practice
I recently opened my own clinic here in Syracuse, and I created it around something that was very important to me:
Women deserve time to be heard.
My practice brings together menopause and perimenopause care, weight management, wellness evaluation, IV hydration, and vitamin injections.
But I’m not interested in simply treating a symptom because someone walks through the door saying, “I’m tired.”
I want to understand what’s behind it.
Sometimes that may mean looking at nutrition or hydration.
Sometimes labs may uncover something that deserves attention.
Sometimes hormones may be playing a role.
Sometimes we may need to coordinate with another healthcare provider.
The goal is to help women move from “I don’t know what’s happening to me” to “Now I understand what’s happening, and I have a plan.”
Your 90-Day Health Review
Business owners review their businesses regularly.
I’d like you to start doing the same thing with yourself.
Ask yourself:
- What has changed in my body over the last 90 days?
- How is my energy?
- How am I sleeping?
- How is my mood?
- Am I maintaining my strength?
- Has my weight or body composition changed unexpectedly?
- Am I keeping up with my preventive care?
- Is there something I’ve been quietly tolerating because I’ve convinced myself I’m simply too busy to deal with it?
And finally:
What information do I need to make a better decision about my health?
You don’t have to have all the answers.
You just need to start asking the questions.
Because you already know how to be a CEO.
It’s time to bring some of that same leadership, curiosity, and intention to your health.
And if you’re looking for someone to help you do that, I’d love to be part of your team.
