DESCRIPTION:There’s no greater medicine than tapping into the wisdom of the body. \nDance Floor Church facilitates unification of the three selves (body\,Spirit and mind) \nIn Dance Floor Church\, we access flow state\, which connects us to our truest expression of self\, unlocking pathways to healing that have previously been inaccessible. \nWe can access our deepest\, intuitive\, creative stirrings\nWe can access parts of us that have felt ‘lost’ or ‘forgotten’.\nWe can access our inner wise person\nWe can access Shadow with curiosity and openness\nWe can access healing where it was previously unavailable\nWe can access our magick and ability to manifest the lives we desire.\nWe can access our primal nature\, our sensual Goddess within. \nIn Dance Floor Church\, we remember who the heck we are \nIn Dance Floor Church\, we explore our nervous systems\, tap into our deepest flow state\, learn how to work with energies and emotions stored in the body\, move them through the body\, and reclaim our personal power through movement and dance. \nYou will connect to your deepest self\, explore emotions/sensation/emotion\, befriend and regulate your nervous system. You will feel more confident\, powerful\, vibrant\, embodied and regulated after this movement. \nWe explore various techniques and practices\, including: breath work\, nervous system regulation\, yoga\, meditation\, womb wisdom\, un-choreographed (and sometimes VERY sensual) dance. \nDress in comfortable clothing\, bring a water bottle\, a yoga mat (if preferred\, some are available on site) and be ready for movement! \nFree to attend\, but space is limited! \nMembers and non-members are welcome! \nRSVP Here
