Join WBOC and author and Certified Self-Doubt Exorcist® Devan Robinson for an honest\, interactive experience designed to help you recognize where self-doubt comes from and begin loosening its grip on how you lead\, make decisions\, and pursue opportunities. Drawing from her book\, Validate Your Damn Self\, Devan will introduce the six stages of a Self-Doubt Exorcism: Identification\, Exposure\, Interruption\, Reclamation\, Embodiment\, and Integration. Then\, through three guided exercises\, you’ll begin putting that process into practice: \n\nUse the Limiting Belief Pendulum to examine the belief currently holding you back\nPersonify your self-doubt so you can recognize its voice\, patterns\, and influence\nWrite a letter to your self-doubt identifying what it has cost you and what you are ready to reclaim\n\nThis isn’t another presentation telling you to “just be more confident.” It’s an opportunity to examine the beliefs you’ve absorbed\, separate your own voice from other people’s expectations\, and decide what you’re no longer willing to carry.
