It’s no wonder so many of us start the new year already exhausted. \nThis Connections Meeting is an invitation to begin this year differently. Join us for a restorative evening at the Center for Sound & Ceremony\, where we’ll explore how to step into the new year from a place of grounding\, clarity\, and reconnection — instead of depletion. \nWe’ll discuss: \n\nThe difference between stress and overwhelm -Why women entrepreneurs often run on empty\nHow burnout builds up in the body\nWhy it’s essential to care for yourself physically\, emotionally\, mentally\, and spiritually\n\nFrom there\, you’ll be guided through a 45-minute sound journey designed to help you regulate your nervous system\, soften the pressure you’ve been carrying\, and reconnect with your inner steadiness. \n  \nWe’ll close the evening with a simple commitment practice to help you identify one meaningful action you’re ready to take to support your well-being in the months ahead—along with what may need to shift so you can truly stay committed. \nYou’ll leave feeling grounded\, nourished\, and reconnected to yourself—with clear intentions for how you’ll support your own energy as you move through the year. \nThis gathering is for the women who do it all… and are ready to stop doing it alone. \nWhat to Expect \nWe will be on the floor on comfy mats for the sound journey. Mats and blankets are provided. \nWe do have a couple of chairs available for those who need them. \nTo Prepare \n\nDress comfortably (mats + blankets provided)\nHydrate throughout the day to support your energetic process\nBring a water bottle\, journal\, and pen\n\nImportant Arrival Instructions \nPlease arrive between 6:15–6:25 PM.
