Dr. Donna Vallese is an award-winning instructional leadership strategist, executive coach, and founder of Inspiring Leaders LLC with more than 25 years of experience guiding transformational change across education and organizational leadership. Her work centers on helping leaders move beyond isolated initiatives to build coherent, future-ready systems that align vision, leadership, and learning.
Known for her equity-driven and research-informed approach, Dr. Vallese partners with superintendents, district leaders, executives, and organizations navigating complex change. Through executive coaching, leadership development, and systems-level diagnostics, she supports leaders in strengthening instructional leadership, accountability, and culture—translating strategy into sustained impact.
